Almost 30 years of experience in the field of law, mainly as a lawyer. Specialized in law related to construction, housing and real estate trade, and investment activities.

In addition to his main job, Mr. Riihimäki has worked as a real estate investor, seed stage financier and board professional in several SMEs.

As chairman of Creo Capital’s board, he is responsible for the company’s legal affairs, corporate financing and ownership arrangements, and participates in the group’s strategy work.

One of the founders of Creo Capital and the main owner of the company. Worked for more than 20 years as an entrepreneur and innovator in the construction and real estate industry.

Mr. Holma’s passion is the development of a better tomorrow – his tools are an open mind and companies. He is constantly creating ways to do things more practically and smarter. For example, Mr. Holma is one of the founding members of the dual use concept.

CFO of SSA Hotels Oy and SSA Group Oy since 2017. Also the CFO of Core Investment Finland Oy since 2017.

Previous, he has been the CFO of Kattotutka Oy (revenues grew from EUR 5m to EUR 23m during his time) and CFO of Talenom Oy and has held several Controller positions before this.
